Food was dry. Service was friendly but slow. The tables, floor, couch covers, etc were filthy

My wife and I stopped at Swiss Chalet as our first meal in Canada(it was a long day, and this place was right down the street from our hotel). The prices were higher than expected, but we were there already, and pretty hungry.I ordered the chicken, she ordered the fish. We also ordered a side of pierogies. The staff was very pleasant and helped us through the menu.The chicken was as good any other chain restaurant (but better than fast food). The fish was also pretty decent. The pierogies were good, not great(but I'm not big on pierogies).If I were here for a longer trip. I may stop in again. It's not quite worth a return visit within a week, but certainly worth trying.

This is conveniently located on Eglinton just off the Allen. The have parking on side streets and for takeaway (15 min or less) behind the building. Limited seating inside but mostly for takeaway. The staff are warm and welcoming and will do their best to accommodate you.

I go to many Swiss chalet stores and to be honest they each have their issues. So when a friend suggest Swiss Chalet again I was rather hesitant. Anyway I gave in and we went to a very very nice one at 949 Eglinton ave west. What a surprise the food was piping hot and so fresh. The manager Brian came over and asked how we enjoying our meal. I said it was one of the best meals I ever had. The food was delicious. The service was impeccable. Everyone smiled and were happy to be serving us. Thank you Brian and your team for an enjoyable evening. Even though I live in Newmarket I will only visit your Swiss chalet again. Great store. You restored my faith in Swiss Chalet

Swiss Chalet
I ordered for take out a Hot Chicken Sandwich" as in "Nashville Hot Crispy Chicken Sandwich" on their website. This is what they gave me instead. It is certainly not hot. I don't see a single hint of spice in it. Later I called and they told me the Hot Chicken Sandwich is off the menu. Well if it's off the menu you should 1. take it off your website and 2. let your customer know it's off

The service and food at Swiss Chalet was outstanding. The staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and made sure that my dining experience was flawless from start to finish. They were happy to provide recommendations, answer any questions, and ensure that I had everything I needed to enjoy my meal to the fullest.

Very nice staff, I had 2gift cards that would not swipe, staff was nice to enter the cards manually. Food was excellent. chicken cooked to perfection . Thanks again guys
