Maison Blanc Day Spa
After having been a regular for year's it's now time to move on. I drove 25 km for services twice in the past few weeks and have left in frustration. Both times there have been an issue with booking. Telling me I'm wrong in my appointment time. Absolutely NOT true. My time and money have been wasted. Sadly the esthetician is the one missing out due to incompetent customer service. I would rate the beauty services a 5 had I not experienced such horrible customer service. Best to record booking conversations.

I’ve been coming here for many years and the customer service has always been a consistent pleasure! The atmosphere is calm and the waiting rooms has mini snacks and water for guests. It feels like a true spa experience.I came for a prenatal massage recently and really enjoyed it.

My Husband and I came here for a nice afternoon treat. We got a couples massage and some individual treatments. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were spacious and clean. Would definitely recommend coming back!

I had a spa day today since my husband gave me a gift certificate for 250 dollars. It included facial and manicure and pedicure. When I was asked to pay the amount came to almost 300 dollars. I was supposed to pay 50 dollars difference. To my dismay I was surprised I had to pay extra since my card was not reviewed what did exactly had on it. My hubby included even the gratuity. Well the staff was wonderful and honoured my gift certificate my hubby purchase way back in January for my ‘big’ birthday. It made my day! Thank you to all the friendly staff at Maison la Blanc. I will definitely come back!

Very clean and professional service. Nice decorations. Steep stairs to service areas.While water and mini snacks were available, it would have been nice to be offered a hot beverage.A little bit inconsistent in service for our group, with warm towels for one of the three guests after the pedicure.

I had a prenatal massage from Amy. I am 34 weeks. It was remarkable. I've done 4 massages since my pregnancy and this was by far the best. She was very attentive to the pressure used and my back felt so much better after. The environment itself is very calming and relaxing. Definitely going back.

I've been going here for years & seeing Evva! I always enjoy my services. I've done facials, and most recently the scalp massage and I always leave incredibly relaxed but also educated!
