Big City Limousines

I would recommend Big City Limos to book with. We used them for my birthday this year in their SUV limo and got a really good rate compared to the other companies. They were flexible with adjusting our time one week prior to our reservation , in the past with other limo companies I was told I would have to pay a fee if I wanted to change times so I was happy about that. The limo was very clean and came with free water which was nice. The driver jeremy was very friendly, we didn't know how to set up the music and he got it going before we took off. He called us prior to arrival each time , he was very accommodating and I would request him again. I've referenced Big City Limos to my family who needed an airport ride and they had a great time as well.Thanks for the professional service, really enjoyed the organization and the nice vehicle. Will be booking again for my grad limo.

This is a great company with quality vehicles. The drivers are professional and very courteous. I used them for my daughter's wedding. I will definitely use them again. Excellent car service!!

Great customer service and brand-new busses. Me and my friends have a blast everytime we go clubbing in Vancouver, and Big City Limousines always made that possible and provided an unforgettable experience. Highly recommend.

I can’t even begin to express my gratitude for this company! We needed to book a bus for a grad event last minute and we only had 22 people. However, they only had a 30 people bus available and we felt that the price was a little too much for us. We had explained our situation to them and not only were they super nice about it, they actually offered to give us the 30 people bus for the price of a 22 people bus. I had such a great experience with Big City Limo! They had great customer service and they were also very organized. 10/10 recommend! We actually haven’t even gotten the bus yet but their gesture was just so nice I had to share it now! We will make sure to send a review on our experience after!

The booking process was kinda annoying and they tried to upcharge me at the last minute. Please also note that a minimum 15% tip is mandatory (which is fine but should be stated). But the actual party bus was great and the drivers were punctual.

I booked the suv limo with this company and was very impressed with the service. On the phone it was easy and organized. The girl helped me figure out what vehicle would be best for my group size and I got a good price compared to few other companies I called. The driver called ten minutes early to give us a heads up. Communication was clear. He was very relaxed easy going and friendly. We really enjoyed his service and the vehicle was clean. I will be booking my New Year’s Eve with this company as well . I booked Big City Limousines for my wedding and I was very impressed with the level of communication from the office and driver. When the driver showed up he was ten minutes early as I was told when booking the would be. Driver knew exactly where to go, we got to enjoy the limo without interruption. I was referred by a friend and they had the best rates compared to the other limo companies I’ve called. Would absolutely recommend this company to anyone looking for a professional limo service from start to finish. I am definitely booking again.

Booked one of their busses for a large group. Our driver, Raj, kept us up to date on the timing of his arrival and provided excellent service throughout the night. The bus was clean and the sound system was fantastic! Thanks to Raj and the team for a great evening!

I use Big City Limo and communicate with Ashley regularly. I can say a number of good things about them. Ashley works incredibly hard to keep the customers happy and their needs met. Very professional and delivers an incredible custom limo or black SUV service. Will work to schedule multiple pick ups and drop offs. Drivers are professional courteous and respectful. Price point is great for this level of care and attention. Not sure what else you want. I recommend them to friends all the time and continue to hear good things.
