Greco Pizza
I have been here multiple times and I am reviewing after multiple try. I was able to get an awesome pizza and service most of the times. There was a time when the pizza was kind of overcooked and another time where the person who took the order was not welcoming. But I felt those were situational. Overall I would recommend this place.

I know the owner and am so sorry but...we can't fix what we don't know about.Usually very good experience with this location but ordered a party pizza w 3 toppings this past Saturday (June 17) for a birthday party. Was very disappointed with the quality this time. The pizza wasn't fully cut, had to hack at it with a kitchen knife. Green peppers were hacked up carelessly not diced, dough was half raw, cheese didn't cover the entirety of the pizza - example: one slice had a slice of pepperoni, literally three dots of cheese and an entire slice of green pepper. Everyone ate it anyway because they were kids and don't care but I was unimpressed.45 dollars plus delivery and tip...not worth it. At all.Weekend staff this past weekend needs a slap on the wrist.

Went for a slice of pizza and left disappointed. They had slices but we waited long enough they could have cooked a pizza. I was afraid they may have been in the oven to heat for too long and I was right. Extremely dried out when we got them ...like cardboard and no flavour. Mention to the person at the counter but he did not seem concerned. Took our uneaten pizza and left.

Worst pizza we've ever had. Ever. The curst was burnt and inedible. Ordered extra cheese and there was barely any cheese to even cover the whole pizza. Toppings were also barely there could only count few of the four other toppings Seriously, Little Caesars literally gives three times more amount of toppings all over the pizza. The ingredients, man, also absolute abysmal quality. Onions especially were extremely dried up and old. The rest we couldn't really taste either. The only good thing was the sauce, which is their signature stuff. The donair burger buns were extremely soggy and looking old as well. Couldn't finish it. I cannot believe I paid over $30 for this. Used to love Grecco pizza years ago and we decide to give it a go again and we're really disappointed. Probably will never be back again, at least to this particular place anyway.

I usually order garlic bread from this restaurant and the guy who makes it is a middle aged man who makes it really well. I bought one today at 2pm and it was a different guy who made it (teenager or young adult with somewhat curly hair), not only did he not give me 6 pieces the 6 pieces that had cheese on them barely had any. On top of that, he just tossed it onto the counter like he's throwing some food to a dog. This is the first time this happened and it happened out of nowhere however, it never happened when the middle aged guy was making the bread.

We normally order from Greco west and it’s always the best pizza, but they weren’t delivering yesterday so we had to order from Somerset location, worst decision. I asked for well done and somehow the pizza dough was paper thin and uncooked, literally still dough and the stuffed crust was the worst I’ve ever had. Probably the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Greco and our order was almost $60.

Left my food on the deck in the snow. Claimed they called me when they didn’t and told me that I wasn’t welcome in their store when I had asked to see proof of them calling me. So disrespectful. Pizza was frozen. If I wanted a frozen pizza I’d hit up Walmart
