Wildfire Cuisine

We worked with Wildfire Cuisine for our wedding reception/anniversary party and were absolutely blown away with our experience. From the beginning, Andrew was great at helping us create a menu, communicating exact pricing and processes, and giving us confidence in him and his team. On the day of our event, Andrew and his team got to work in our kitchen as soon as they arrived and left it sparkling clean when they left. It is also clear that everyone at Wildfire Cuisine is extremely friendly, personable and talented, as our friends and family were raving about the food and service long after our event. A huge thank you to Wildfire Cuisine! We definitely hope to work with them in the future.

I cannot say enough good things about Andrew and his staff. We have had his services twice and both times were exceptional. My husband and I retired a year apart. We decided because of Covid and the lack of celebrating last year, to do something to celebrate together at the end of June as we are both teachers. Chef Andrew came highly recommended and he did not disappoint. He made our special dinner for 12 into an upscale restaurant experience in our newly renovated kitchen. I am always the one who does the cooking and he took all of the organization and stress away from entertaining. Lindsay, who came with him to assist and serve was also amazing. They are a fantastic team. At the end of the night, they had cleaned everything! We were so pleased. The food was given rave reviews by each person and the menu from which you choose is extensive taking in all kinds of palates. We had people intrigued by the scallops who swore they did not like seafood and then had multiple scallops because they were just THAT good! We will definitely have Wildfire Cuisine back!!! Just had Wildfire Cuisine in my backyard for my parents 60th anniversary.Andrew and his staff were fantastic and went above and beyond my expectations.I highly recommend them.

We used wildfire for my wife’s surprise 40th birthday. From the appetizers to the main, the food was amazing. The staff were professional and they left the kitchen cleaner then when they showed up. Andrew is a great chef with a personality to match. We will definitely be using wildfire again.

We had Wildfire Cuisine cater a special birthday meal for our family to celebrate my wife’s milestone. We undoubtedly made a great decision.Chef Andrew and Lindsay were incredible. The food (bruschetta, butternut squash soup, garden salad, beef tenderloin with mash potato, crème brulee) was all freshly prepared with the finest ingredients. For each course the chef provided us insight on the ingredients used and the method of preparation which added such a beautiful touch to the meal. You would be hard pressed to find better service or food in a Michelin Star restaurant.This was out first-time having Wildfire Cuisine cater in our home, but it certainly will not be our last. We would hands down recommended Wildfire without any hesitation. They take their craft and professionalism to a whole other level and truly set the bar incredibly high.10/10 all around. Andrew, I wanted to say thank you for an amazing meal. The appetizers, soup, beef Wellington and dessert were big hits with everyone and delivered to perfection. Having this is in my home and serving 18 people is no small feat. You and your team were exceptional.Lindsay and Hillary were great to work with too and lovely hosts.You made my birthday a perfect event.Thank you again!!

Andrew and his team have catered us a few times for various different events. We have been pleased every time. He is very easy to work with! When they use your kitchen they leave it absolutely spotless! Andrew always gives new suggestions on foods so we can try something new and delicious. Most recently we did a pig roast with a bunch of different sides which was fun to see but also super yummy! If you have a chance to hire Andrew for an event coming up or just for fun I can guarantee you won’t be disappointed! Also a shout out to his staff member Lindsey- you do a fantastic job at everything you do and it’s always a pleasure having you serve!

Chef Andrew and his team served an absolutely outstanding dinner for our Christmas Party. We will be using them for all our future functions and highly recommend Wildfire Cuisine.

Andrew and his team at Wildfire catered my parents wedding anniversary dinner this past summer! Andrew replied immediately to my inquiry and I knew right away that we were going to be very happy with his food and services! Andrew and his team came with all the dinner and tableware! They set a beautiful table and were so incredibly professional throughout the entire night. The food was phenomenal. So many guests asked for their card by the end of the night because the food was so impressive! They made sure that we thoroughly enjoyed our night and before leaving, they cleaned the kitchen better than when they got there to cook!! I cannot say enough great things about Andrew and Wildfire Cuisine!! I highly recommend - the food and experience was a 10/10!!
