Trek Bicycle Maple Ridge
I brought my bike in for a tuneup and to have some parts installed this week. The staff at the Trek were absolutely wonderful- from the sales people who greeted me when I went in to the service manager who helped me with my bike. It was a quick turnaround, everything discussed was looked at and taken care of. Very happy I went in and tried them. I will be back for sure!

Friendly and helpful staff! I dropped in to have the inner tube on my stroller tire replaced. Very efficient service, even offered to top off the other tires on my stroller on the way out. Will definitely be a returning customer!

Awesome customer service. My bike had a few issues upon purchase, but Trek Maple Ridge did everything they could to make it right.Trek Maple Ridge gave me a complimentary tune-up for gear shifting and braking issues. Later on, the bike’s front tube blew up during the first officially ride. Trek Maple Ridge arranged another complimentary tube replacement for me at Trek Burnaby as it’s closer for me.We live in an imperfect world, but Trek Maple Ridge absolutely did everything they could to make it right. I highly recommend that you get your bike from this store.

Great service from Nick.Back in Fall 2021, I was able to order my new Domane road bike and he managed to find a way for me to pay and order my new bike without me having to drive 6 hours to the store and pay for my deposit.Best of all, I got my bike 2 months later.I'm very happy with my road bike.

Knew what I was looking for and Blair helped me find it, along with going through the checklist of things I hadn't gotten yet and needed to buy. Was also very patient when I was trying to get a temporary limit increase on my debit card. Day after purchase had to bring my bike in to center a wave washer on the crank, but they fixed it quick and got me on my way without any issues.

Ayden was incredible. He was thorough and patient. We walked in, excited to look at bikes, but not currently bike owners we were overwhelmed and stressed. We tried nearly every in stock bike. We'd also been to 7 different stores before this one and no one made us feel as comfortable as he did. We are super excited to get our 2 new Dual Sport 3 Gen 5's - we are confident that the bikes are perfect for us, and that we will be completely set up and ready to ride with all of the accessories Ayden helped us with. I would absolutely recommend this store to anyone looking for a bike or any accessories. Their knowledge and service is unmatched.

Some places just have a good vibe and this is one of those places. Sam showed us around, found the right bike and made sure it was the best size. Great help! Came home with a new bike. Took her advice and added a kick stand. We will definitely be back.
