Best in town.We've dealt with Blind depot last a few years and we have been very satisfied with their service which made us a returning customer for our basement blinds too.Brent is pretty responsive and their installation team is great! I always recommend to my friends who move in to a brand-new place.

We had a great experience with Brent and Shaune at Blind Depot & Decor! They were great at providing quotes for different shades, brands, styles, automated vs. not automated and weren't pushy at all when we took time to make a decision. After we ordered the blinds, they were proactive in notifying us there'd be a delay due to COVID and it was nice that we didn't have to follow-up ourselves. The installation and crew were fast and professional. We couldn't be happier with the finished product, and love our blinds! Overall, we had a great experience with Blind Depot & Decor and we'd highly recommend them.

The customer service is excellent at Blind Depot. I went in looking for two small pieces to repair our roman blinds and they knew exactly what I was talking about and explained to me how to do the easy fix and had the two plastic parts on hand. All the other places either refused to help me or we’re going to charge $$$ to come out and repair. I would highly recommend the team at Blind Depot.

Great service and great selection. I love that they come to measure and then install. I am thrilled with my new blind.

Called them because I was not happy that the custom fabric blinds were getting water stains after wiping them down with a damp cloth. His response was that “ if they get stained they’re done”. I would have appreciated to know this before we made the purchase and would have also appreciated this if they had given us any care instructions after they were installed which they did not do. When I told them how we wiped down with a damp cloth his response was “well we didn’t tell you to do that either”. Not great customer service. I do not recommend getting they’re custom fabric blinds. When we went to them we wanted a different type of blind and they convinced us to get their custom fabric blinds and I totally regret going to them now!!!!!! Those blinds should have never been recommended to us.

We ordered two highlight custom blinds. We received excellent service with free consultation, measurements and installation . We were very well taken care of. There was a minor problem with the blinds from the manufacturer. The installation guys were able to remedy the problem and were happy to do so.We would highly recommend this business.

These guys really know their stuff!I was looking for a replacement clutch for a large roller blind. I looked everywhere in Ottawa. Blind depot adapted something for me in 15 minutes and it worked first time.

A big thank you to the men at the Blind Depot on Carling Avenue in Ottawa. We need to remove the blinds and the associated hardware for window replacements. The one room (out of 4) which we did yesterday took hours and caused a great deal of frustration. I found out that Blind Depot carried the Maxxmar brand and went in to see if they could show me the proper way to do it. Not only did they give me an on the spot" tutorial

I was extremely happy with my order. The blinds fit and work perfectly. I was unsure about doing this through a web based company, but the service and the end result are great.
