Excellent Service provided by the Sales Assoc, Lorrie.The Store was under-staffed in the evening, there was a lineup, there were 17 customers with their families waiting in queue ---- and only 1 person at the cash counter #3 -- other person had gone on a lunch break , it seems.Lorrie handled everyone with tremendous patience, was very polite and a thorough professional.Kudos! to this Staff member.An addition of a Staff member scheduled for evenings , in order to avoid inconvenience for customers would be appreciated.

An interesting alternative with Dollarama with arguably cheaper goods, even it has to struggle to deal with inflation as much as business today. As such, you get what you pay for, but if you are willing to take that chance, this place is worth your time.

Extremely rude staff. You get what you pay for. Cashiers are strict about social distancing yet let people in with no masks without question. Informed them about a man walking out with a bag full of items and the cashier with pink glasses was incredibly rude when I told her this. Left the establishment more disappointed with the world than when I went in. Thanks, Dollar Tree.

Horrible staff. They are extremely RUDE. They should really make up their mind about the waiting line. Every time they say a different thing. For the last 10+ times they have said aisle 5 so we and other people were waiting there. A random woman was just on the side which we didn’t even know she was in line( because clearly there was a line already). The cashier yells and says that lady is in line and the rest(probably 5) are not. SUPER SUPER RUDE CASHIER WITH BLACK HAIR. She made no eye contact with us, didn’t say hi, didn’t ask if we want a bag (and we did because we had a lot of stuff) and didn’t ask if we wanted the receipt or anything else. You should really think again about your staff. I don’t care it’s a place to get cheap stuff. Train your staff about how to deal with people. If you are a rude person, STAY AT HOME AND DONT RUIN PEOPLES DAYS OR EXPERIENCE WITH THIS STORE. I would give this experience a 0 star but I can’t.

Other than being followed by a store employee who suspected that I was a shoplifter,who I played peekaboo with ha,ha and never judge a book by the cover,SHAME on you

Every Friday morning as soon as they open I used to come to get a loaf of bread and maybe snack cakes. Unless you are there no more than 2 min after doors open forget it. The staff have 4 to 5 containers full that appears to have been set aside for family and friends that says sold. This leaves the other customers very little to chose from what's left. Wont bother coming back, not worth it. Shouldn't be allowed to hoard all goods barely off the truck. If family or friends want it, let them get it themselves!

I really struggle to understand what this company's goals are they are clearly understaffed and advertise working their with applications right when you walk in the door. I never got a call back from them even. the lines are insane their will be huge lines doesn't seem to matter when i come i still supported them even though i never got a call back but i'm not waiting 15 minutes in line to buy soda sorry
