They sent someone right away.Ivan was very professional — asked and explained everything that he was going to do. Everything that I was thinking of was the one he did. Our drain was plugged. We called Mr. Rooter plumbing and a technician came to unclog the drain. It was a difficult job but they managed to get the job done and simultaneously they were very pleasant about it all which lead to a good experience. Our technician provided an estimate before the work was conducted. I would give this Business five stars if the cost of service was a little less expensive.

In order to clear the plugged kitchen sink they had to replace the drains, and repair several pipes which were cracked. This work was done on the long weekend and they arrived earlier than the scheduled appointment. The technician was also able to recommend a general contractor for some repairs I need done.

We had a blockage in a pipe which lead to water coming out of a pipe creating a pool of water under our washing machine. I called Mr. Rooter and they sent someone super quick. The plumber Jon, was courteous, informative, and took the time to get the job done properly before leaving. We will be using Mr. Rooter for any plumbing needs from now on. Thanks so much!

Over the past 6 months I have had dealings with technicians Kim, Ryder, Lance, and most recently Ivan. I give each of them a 10 for customer service and knowledge. They are professional and friendly. I highly recommend Mr. Rooter to anyone needing plumbing service.

Highlighting only two of the issues from one visit. Everything went well until it was determined we need to hydro-jet the pipes. Next thing you see, the entire bathroom is covered in black sewage gunk. Clean up was never done completely. Baseboards were ruined. There was black gunk in all crevices. Plumber was stressed out from messing up and missing his next appointment and almost forgot to caulk the toilet back in place.The other huge issue: they click around on their tablet, adding services and give you a total price but refuse to give you an itemized invoice at the end so you can see what service costs what. Not only, but if they flood your bathroom with black sewage they should give you a significant discount or pay for professional cleaning. After my complaint and request for an itemized receipt -- which was promised -- they only provided a symbolic refund to cover the replacement/re-painting of the baseboards. I would not recommend them ever. Mistakes happen but the way management (mis)handled my complaint speaks volumes.

Having your service in the past, both Doug and i searched out your contact info. We both recall excellent work from your company. Contact was quick and easy and updates on arrival were quite helpful. Your man, Ivan worked tirelessly to first find, then fit the perfect angle cornered tank and toilet to the tiny space. I have searched and know it is not an easy task just to find a fit, to say nothing of getting it in! We are very pleased, thank you
