Hands down the best truck rental experience I’ve ever had. They got me a great truck last minute at a food price snd the customer service was flawless. Honestly - don’t even bother with any other truck rental place, just rent here and thank me later. Gregory helped us and was phenomenal.

I was promised that enterprise will reimburse me for 3 .00$ after a pick up truck is returned . That promise was never fullfilled , thay only paid me back 1 : 20 ???

Rental prices here are overpriced and I am pretty sure they tried to scam me by saying that there was roof damage" on my vehicle even though I know the roof was NOT damaged when I returned it."

I had a reservation from different company but they canceled without any explanation then I called enterprised and Gregory Schwartz answered my call, he helped me a lot even it was a busy day for him. He was very professional and he explained every single detail with his kind attitude. It was my best rental experience so far. I know where to call if I need rent a truck now. Needed a 20' box with a lift. This location was by far the cheapest. Was also happy to get a diesel to save $$. The bonus was the customer service. Greg and Kurt were so amazing I wish I could get service like this everywhere I went. Even if I had to pay more I would use this location because of the staff.
