The first part of my shopping experience seemed to be going great. Then after trying on countless bras for the right size/fit, I realized I wasn't offered to get 'sized' like they were offering other customers. I felt put out. I mentioned this to the young lady that was helping me and she said they would do it next time. (How does that help the current buying experience?)After all, spending over 70 dollars per bra, you would think all customers should get the same customer service!This is the reason for my 3 star rating! All customers should be treated equally!- 3 stars for the most comfiest bra ever

Love shopping there.The frustrating parts are from the company - not short enough straps in bras and bathing suits and the changing sales get confusing and frustrating. When you buy something one week and by the time you get it in the mail the price has changed significantly with another sale.Lowering prices with occasional sales would be better.

Wonderful clothing, up to date styles and colours. Staff is helpful and knowledgeable. I am working on a new wardrobe and it is great to talk to them

Service was very slow when I went in. Nobody greeted more nor did they explain the current sale.I chose items that I wished to try on but despite having my hands full nobody offered to start a fitting room for me.I looked around for help but the only salesperson on the floor was busy at the cash desk.I went to ask for a dressing room and to stand and wait until the only available staff member was finished ringing up her customer.She didn't speak to me nor acknowledge me in my way.Eventually another staff member came out from the back and greeted me. She got me a dressing room. Despite my rather grumpy demeanor she was polite and helpful, checking the fit and getting me other sizes.When I was finally done and chose my item she searched the stock for another item as I want two of the same thing.She was unable to find it so she ordered it for me.To my surprise it delivered to my home via expedited shipping in less than 48 hours at no extra cost.

Wheelchair accessible. Very friendly staff! The changerooms are spacious, clean, and very well kept.The store specializes in plus" sized (also know as average-woman-sized) clothing. Lots of variery in options and sizes

It’s nice to have options in clothes no matter what size you are and so I appreciate this store very much. There is always something there that will work for me and today was no exception. Staff inside are pleasant, the store is clean and bright and everything is well displayed.

store is lacking, the staff did not say hi to us when we entered nor did they talk to us as well we were looking around. no one checked up on us in the dressing rooms. and of the 4 things purchase only one was mark with proper pricing as some one who worked in clothing the interaction Left alot to be desired.

BEST yoga pants ever! If you are looking for great, well made yoga capri pants this is the place! All the seams are double stitched (definitely bend-overable), made with substantial fabric with a wonderful high waist. They kindly put a pair aside for me when I called and I was very pleased with the customer service I received when I got there. Only one thing wrong with the store, the back hall where the change rooms are was very cluttered but they may have just received a new shipment of wonderful clothing so I am not complaining. This picture is from their online store, it's not me, I'm not quite that brave :).

Kaitlyn rocks. Excellent service with a smile while working alone in a busy store. Much appreciated her positive attitude!! Of yes and the clothes are pretty nice too. Need more talls but pleased to have gotten some adorable yellow shoes in a size 12!!!

Just not the same as it used to be. No stock for anyone over 4x, nearly no dress selection. Staff were helpful but there was also black mold in the dressing room.
