Had a fabulous tour with Emily. She had a ton of knowledge, and answered our many questions with humor and detail. The beer and whiskey was tasty, and we couldn't resist buying one of our favorites to bring home. Recommending the tour to all my beer/whiskey drinking friends!

Congratulations! On my third cask aClassic single malt in a new Sherry-wood.The first two casks was amazing but the new Sherry cask was over the top.I like to think the staff Victoria Caledonian for doing a wonderful job and friendly service.

This place is so unprofessional!!!Booked tickets on June 2nd, then needed to cancel as my husband got deployed to fight the fires. I called on June 5th and was told there was no refund policy. Frustrating! Then I got called on Saturday asking why we were late. Staff obviously doesn’t communicate with each other. Then on Monday I get sent, “please leave a review about your visit “. All I can think is that their hiring standards are incredibly low and communication is even worse.****After a very quick response from Lee, the manager. They were able to address my concerns and offered a full refund and apologized. My husband and I look forward to taking the tour later this year and hopefully getting to meet Lee. Thank you

Absolutely fantastic service. We where celebrating my good friends bday yesterday with group of friends. We ordered couple pizzas and one of them didn’t come out of the oven perfect apparently. So they brought one of the pizzas for us, apologized for the delay for the other pizza and asked if we would like to have complementary beers on house while we waited for the second pizza.I’m sorry I can’t remember our servers name, but she was absolutely fantastic.Best service I have received anywhere for long long time.There food, beer where real good too and there own whiskey was massive positive surprise as well.I will go back for sure.

Went on a tour of the distillery/brewery on a relatively quiet day. Our tour guide was funny, personable and best of all down to earth. I had toured a number of distilleries before and understood the process but something always draws me to continue to do them and I was very glad I did with Macaloney's. The beer I tasted was wonderful but the whiskies were sublime. I half heatedly joked that I was retiring in 4 years and they could use someone like me...sales,.rugby connected...to push these great products into the pubs and restaurants on the island and across Canada.See you next time we are out here and hopefully a lot more in 4 years. Haha

We were greeted by Emily and her team at front desk for our tasting tour. Emily took us on a very detailed tour of the brewery and distillery. She is very knowledgeable and friendly to interact with. Our tour of drinks with chocolate was beautiful. Would definitely do it again. Their line of whiskeys definitely a competition for the “bigger” brands and they are making noise. 5/5 absolutely.

We toured this distillery on a Royal Caribbean excursion. Emma did a fantastic job explaining the processes and giving us a taste. We even got to meet Mr. Macaloney and listen to his beautiful Scottish accent. Everyone here was just fantastic!

We had a wonderful tour of the distillery and some delicious samples of their beer and prize winning whiskey. Everything was delicious and our tour guide, Jacob, was terrific. Highly recommended and will return.
