Fantastic store Travis was the one who helped me he was such a great help very kind and knows what he is talking about. I would definitely suggest to ask for travis for help in buying products from the source.

Way to pushy with trying to get you to buy a new phone. Sale guy was rude and very pushy. After repeatedly telling him I don't want a phone, he wouldn't price match an item I found elsewhere for cheaper. This always happens at source and I'm sick of it, never coming back here. Honestly goto Best Buy

BUYER BEWARE DO NOT BUY FROM THE SOURCE. This company is very dishonest. I purchase a set of Bluetooth headphone a year ago for about $90 from The Source at Eagle Landing. The sales rep convinced me to purchase the extend warranty fo an extra $25 which I did. The warranty covers 3 replacements for the headphones. I went in this June to have the headphones replaced as they weren't working. The manager who was very rude said that pair I originally bought were discontinued and I could have a more expensive pair but that I would lose all my warranty. That pair was regularly $140 but were on special that week for $80. If was just buying that pair I would of paid $80 but they said they would not give those as a replacement. I could take a cheaper headset to maintain my warranty. I decided to take the cheaper set as I didn't want to lose the rest of the warranty. They said that they didn't have that set and that I would need to drive to the store at the Cottonwood Mall. The manger there was also extremely rude and unprofessional. When I got home I noticed that the headset was Bluetooth only as my original set was both Bluetooth and plug in direct type this one was not and was worth $50. I had to go back to the store and take the other set and lose all my warranty. I will never buy from this company again. The Managers of both these store were totally unprofessional.

Phoned about a part for my printer. Staff took time to look make sure they had one. A couple days late when I was able to pick it up the sales person remembered me helped me find the cord.

Found what I wanted for a Christmas present, buht the big guy was pretty rude. I felt kind of stupid for asking questions becuase of the looks he gave me and it didn't make me feel so good. I kind of wanted to say something to the manager but I didn't see him. I would still go again but ill just look for someone else to help me. Thanks anyway.

Absolutely amazing customer service! I went in to ask some questions about my laptop and Jackson had some great advice for me to get it working for what I needed done for school! And then last week I went in to pick up an HDMI cable and Travis was quick and professional and had me out the door all while being super polite and kind! Definitely will be coming back to this store in the future! Thanks again guys for your AMAZING service!

I certainly enjoyed my time in the store. The workers were very polite, and helped my find what I was looking for. I think a guy named Travis helped me find a mic for my computer. Thank you.

Very upset. Should have listened to the rumours about the red bearded guy. I was warned he would stand too close. Constantly got harassed over phones, extremely rude, with very sarcastic remarks. Extremely unprofessional. How could the source actually justify employing this kind of person? Employees are the direct image of the company they work for, and if he is any measure of the Source, I have no interest in returning. I should have listened to my friends about this creepy guy. PS Red Bearded Guy, when you try to sell a person a phone, it helps to stand up straight and not lean and slouch over anything you can. Shows you don't care about being here. I'll be going to Telus for my phones now.
