Today Phantom Team consisting of Patrick and Miguel did an amazing job installing our Christmas lights. They arrived on time, were extremely courteous and worked diligently for hours. Whenever they encountered a problem, they managed to figure out a solution. They made some great suggestions resulting in a fabulous display of lights! They communicated throughout the process ensuring that we were happy with their work. I have used Umbrella Property Services for our Christmas light installation for a few years and they never disappoint! Thanks so much!

Many thanks umbrella property services. Pavol and Yeludi were two awesome guys that did a fantastic job. They were able to change the soffit lights that have been out for a long time. The house is quite tall but they brought a very large ladder to expertly change every single light. Even a hard to get light that I didn't think would be approachable was changed.I would strongly recommend their services again. Thanks again for everything.

Umbrella Property services has provided our strata with a high quality of service for several years. Today, the Phantom team of Patrick and Chaui provided exceptionally good service for cleaning our gutters and particularly with power washing of our strata driveway, which was heavily covered with moss. The phantom team did a great job of cleaning the driveway and patios.

Team Phantom and Rogue did an excellent job on our annual house-cleaning. It's our first time using Umbrella and we are extremely happy with the experience.Very professional team and they very diligent about the quality of their job. Went over and above the call of duty in several ways. One nice surprise and delight" was that they put the patio furniture back on my patio after they pressure washed it. I wasn't expecting that and I really appreciated that!Very personable and friendly and a great attention to detail. They took care to address everything on the quote

We had the “Phantom team” here to service our gutter today. They were punctual and very friendly. After the service, the team showed the before and after pictures of the gutters, and we are pleased with the result. Then, the team took time to answer questions about other services we had in mind for the spring cleaning. We look forward to have your team back to service our property in the spring.
