Unnecessarily expensive when you could buy directly from the brand and save a few dollars. Good perfume department though, just wish it wasn’t in counter format and was similar to Shoppers’ format instead. New in-store Zellers is disappointing. Store was very organized though and kept clean.

Management and there Staff are less then helpful and the amount of knowledge they have about the items that they sell is ridiculous. Totally outdated store. Don’t like shopping there, it’s way too expensive.

There's nothing like a Hudson Bay store, well back in the day anyway.I don't know about other Bay stores but the St.Vital one is nothing memorable.You literally can never find staff.The clothing department is similar to Winners, TJMax and sometimes it looks like Goodwill.The Bay is a shell of its former self at best.Really sad :-(

HBC has really deteriorated. Their displays are completely disorganized, no order or organization whatsoever. There are no sales staff to help with anything. Oh but, the prices are still sky high.

One of our last old school retail establishments left. Somehow they have managed to stay relevant. They offer quality merchandise and a savvy shopper can get some great deals when things go on sale.

Always a Bay fan, and this was our first opportunity to check out the new Zellers assortment and while limited as far as space was concerned, the assortment was relatively inexpensive and fun.

The bay day sales are amazing . Got this amazing citrine bracelet reg $500 for $125 . They also have great additional % off sale items and you have a month to return . I also buy most of my footwear from their online store as they always have size 11

Have tried calling customer service -20 minutes in and no answer, goes back to square one. Be aware of new return policy if purchased online!!Tried to return item and clerk states it’s from Market Place and they can’t take return but it wasn’t from Market Place. Customer service online said new designer but definitely not marketplace??!?

I found a new fragrance here that was exactly what I was looking for. The staff was exceptionally knowledgeable and gracious. I will return when I'm ready for more.
