Closed 2/8/21. The staff is very professional. Everything was clean, sanitized and everyone had a mask. It was wonderful. The person who actually did my closing was very quick and efficient. I had no issues at all.

Update 7/10/2022. They took care of the matter quickly. Yes, I would recommend them in a heartbeat!!!They're currently trying to backtrack on their word that was given to me 7 months ago. I am not pleased and would not recommend.

Superb service! They stayed open for us on Good Friday and transferred my money from the escrow account 2 days earlier than promised and on a weekend. They also found 3 unpaid violations from my property that my former title company didn’t even disclose to me. That saved my buyer $91.! I highly recommend Fairlane.

Worst experience I have ever had! Clearing the title to close took forever. They didn't do their research and found a last minute item 2 days before closing. At the closing, the funds were not available and I was told the check would be overnighted to me. When they missed the UPS pick up, I was not told. I rec'd a note from UPS and contacted them @ 8:45AM - no response. I had to call twice and email to finally get the response that my check was at the office. I will never work with them again. I am also sharing this negative experience with my Investment group.
