I thought the staff was very nice and helpful each of the times I visited the store ....was there probably 3 or 4 times in last month and each time they were really nice even though I only purchased items on 2 occasions ... the items seem to be of good quality and I am very happy with my purchases .

Not impressed at all with your customer service. My daughter brought back a winter jacket she bought 4 days prior because it was twisting at the seam . When asked to order her a new one your response was Oh it's not that bad and she was over reacting ". Only can order another if it's over $250.This is unacceptable and not professional at all. Your device shouldn't be all about selling things

The worst manager, very rude non helpful.I tried returning a item the next because it wasn’t the right thing so she had told me I couldn’t return unless I had the right card which is fine but then told me if I had Apple Pay I could so I went through all the trouble to activate Apple Pay then I get in there and she informs me very rudely that they don’t have tap on returns I feel if you are the manager you should be friendly and know things. Also drove back the next day was very rude again was going to buy an item but she was so rude I probably will never buy from there as long as she is!

I always look for Jocelyn when I come to Pseudio! She is the best! She has to be my favorite clothing worker I have ever met! She chooses items that flatter my body type and is honest. Definitely recommend!
