Terrible place. Ordered a magic tracks from them. Not only did it arrive late it was opened, the box was smashed up, and it looked like junk.I have sent several emails, phone calls ..ect.. to this company with no response! Don't order products from here and walmart should take them off their website!!!

The worst customer service I've ever had, I don't think they ever read my complaint as the response I've gotten multiple times is the exact same. My package has gone missing and I've contacted Canada Post, which has lost my package. In order for a claim to be made though The sender needs to make a claim not me. The response that I've gotten 4 times from their Customer service is Canada post can help you with that" with no further help or assistance."

Yesterday I thought I'd get my dogs a treat. Instead of the usual bones I get them, I found a brand I'd never seen before. After reading the package, I just thought, oh this is neat

I've never had issues with them and I've always gotten the correct products. And I get something extra tossed in everytime. I find their service and speed to be just awesome. No issues here and I'm a repeat purchaser. Keep it up guys. Ignore the haters.
