Incredible sales team representation!I went to visit an Open House they hosted and I faced an incredibly rude and Unprofessional salesmen..This experience was one of the kind!I wanted to see the project but I was not able to!The Salesman showed me first floor and started with his Sales speech and questions:How long you've been looking for a house for?I answered :we can discuss later after I see the house and if I am interested!Have you been pre-approved ?I have answered the same and asked him to continue showing me the house..He refused and he said that he will not show me the house because Haven't answer his questions!!!!!What?!I don't think I have to answer anything until I am interested and even I am I may choose to talk to another salesman?!This Salesmen told me to get out because he is closing!!??It was 3:45 and the Open house was announce until 4 pm!!!!!!What?I was Upstairs at this time and he told me if I would not get downstairs He will call the Police?!!!And he did..Yes .He was lying to them that I was aggressive to him!!? What!?Thanks a lot ,Prevel and Vivenda, for Inviting us to see your Open House and hiring this unethical and insulting team to sell your project!BTW,I have video this salesman .... who had refused to identify himself!Incredible!

之前一直有关注这个项目，后来又在微信上了解到这个花园别墅项目。去售楼处看过房以后感觉非常不错。周围有地铁和公园。离学校也很近。在岛内可以说是性价比非常高的联排项目了。没想到售楼处提供汉语服务，感觉销售也很专业负责，最终决定购买这个项目了。居住体验挺不错的，建筑质量没的说，确实是高品质，周围生活便利，什么都有，去哪里都挺方便，老婆孩子都住的挺开心。
