the med staff was absoloutly bombarded while I was there but they managed to take care of everyone's wants and needs with a smile, even with people who were taking the anger of their situation out on them. The only thing I could wish for the staff at RUH was that their was more of them.

Royal University Hospital Emergency Room
I went to royal University hospital emergency today. The staff was wonderful but what a terrible set up. Who ever is running the ER should be fired. They pack you in like cattle in this small space . People coughing ,hacking COVID just flooding the ER. We have to wear masks but put us in chairs beside a covid infected person . Not cleaning or sanitizing anything. The staff must be getting sick daily.
