Rexall

Doctor sent a prescription to this pharmacy which I have record of by email and text, after waiting more than 24 hours we called and they had no record of it. I then went to the pharmacy with the digital version of the prescription and was told it needed to be printed so now I have to go find a fax to send my prescription so they get a “printed” copy. This pharmacy is a joke and has never been reliable and has a bad reputation for handing out wrong prescriptions. Me and family won’t be going here anymore. This was all over nose spray for allergies btw.

Waited in extremely long line for no reason. Couldn’t be any slower

Friendly and professional staff and also a good selection of items available. They don't carry a hair color sealer though, but I understand that since it's a pharmacy primarily.

Pharmacist was too lazy to come out from behind the desk and kept relaying information back and forth through another employee when I needed a consult regarding a supplement during my pregnancy. What a way to value your customers’ time. Do better!

My wife and 4 year old daughter crying from an ear infection got turned away by the pharmacist at 8:30 because they close at 9:00. Can someone say customer service, not Rexall!Update; We have gone back several times with good service and 1 good pharmacist so I am updating this with a higher rating... maybe one day they will get a 5.Update; Today the pharmacist called and spent a considerable amount of time looking up 2 medicines different doctors prescribed me to figure out which would be better for me. Very happy over last several years. The first review and bad experience has shown to be an outlier.

I really adore a few of the pharmacists here but I have had a few that are not the nicest of people. I haven’t seen them around lately so maybe they were just students. Unfortunately, it came to my attention that my already expensive medications were being marked up by another $300 by Rexall so I am switching to another pharmacy. I will miss my favourite pharmacist, Lynette, but I cannot afford to pay that much for medications I need every week. I will not miss the grouchy lady at the post office there.

I have been going to Rexall since they opened.. Staff are wonderful but Lynette and her staff in pharmacy has been just so awesome to my family and to my late dad who passed away..They were wonderful with his meds and had them ready for me to pick up each month. They were so awesome when my dad took a turn for the worst and gave me support at that time. They work hard, and sometimes are so busy but wanted to say thank you for all your help in these last years and for caring about my dad..They truly care for their customers.

After being in emergency for 7 hours dealing with a severe groin injury and refusing any heavy pain medication for the reason I will be driving myself the 10 min drive home. Unable to walk without intense pain thought I would try the drive thru pharmacy. I was told it would take another hour . I came back 1.5 hours later to see my meds were still not ready. Here's the best part. The pharmacist felt I looked like I was high on heavy narcotics and not only refused to give me my already paid for prescription. But also reports me for driving while under the influence!!! After if not for the compassion of another employee that passed me my prescription after that #@$$!! Had turned her back who knows how much pain I'd still he in.Thankfully on my drive home I was indeed pulled over only to be put through a sobriety test. Which after completing it was abundantly clear I was far from intoxicated. Maybe looking a bit ruff from the pain I've been going through.So if staff happens to read this. I give a big thank you to the lady that has compassion in her heart . You are a beautiful human inside and out.And to the pharmacist yes the one with blonde hair and a pompous attitude and tattoo on your arms that may have once been recognizable as a flower many decades ago.You are a horrible human. You should be ashamed of yourself. You're in a profession of helping people.

Went to pick up my order at the Rexall Canada post office, I was told by the clerk to come the next day, the reason being- he is too busy to go into the back office and find my order. Thanks, but gas isn't cheap, I am not coming to your location every day to see if you are busy or not.

Slowest pharmacy in town. Make sure you give them several days notice if you need a refill. Always check your meds for errors as well.
