STAY AWAY !!! Most unreliable business I have ever had misfortune to try to work with. Tried them twice, once (February/March 2020) for my personal house to supply and install a bathroom mirror and second time for my business (one of my contractors tried using him May 2020) to install a broken tempered glass piece. John fake name ( real name Ivan) takes the first call, even estimates the job but never actually completes any order. Multiple calls to his business are unanswered or when someone does answer with promise to call back, that actually never happens. Not sure how he got few positive reviews as the way he operates makes me question his actual business. Supplying and installing glass doesn’t seem to be it.Take your time, do your research and hire a reputable glass company that shows interest in providing you with quality service. There are plenty of them out there. This one is not one of them !!! If I could give him less than one star I would.Reply to reply:I guess you have been quarantined since the beginning of March (10 weeks now) and still driving around the city in your company van, as I have spotted you on a couple of occasions. As well, common courtesy would dictate to answer your phone and advise your potential clients if in fact you are quarantining. Furthermore, your explanation at the beginning of March was delays in getting materials that would be arriving shortly, now it’s quarantine. I wonder what would be next. As well my contractor was promised by you to get a quote and a call back which of course never happened.In the meantime we have sourced other RELIABLE glass supplier that answers his calls and gives us realistic timelines.

The guys finished my steam shower doors, and it turned out great! The ordering process was easy: John came by next day I called, took the measurements and after a quick hardware and glass selection the order was submitted for production. One week later delivered and installed. Looks great! Thank you
