I had a horrible experience with the older female working at the scale house. She was extremely rude and difficult to deal with. Instead of being helpful and solution oriented, she chose to be unprofessional and impolite. Myself, along with other colleagues have experienced this disrespectful behavior from her in the past. She is a poor reflection of what I’m sure Headlands values are.

The guy named Rollin is rude and very unprofessional. He likes to argue unnecessary in the lot as if either he owns it all or had fought with his wife before coming to work! I am a truck driver who just follow the instructions but he has a BAD mouth and like to treat other people like he is being treated by his wife ( I guess)!! We truck drivers are always hesitant to go there because of his unprofessionalism.
