So this is about a year late... but better late than never!I wanted to leave a quick review for Cantrav (and Priscilla Chan specifically), as they were instrumental in organizing a wildly successful, week-long event catering to upwards of 600 attendees.The Company was great to work with for a couple reasons:-Responsiveness: emails and phonecalls were responded to very promptly (especially during the event itself)-Communication: Priscilla and her team were excellent at listening to our needs and responding effectively-Courteousness: the event was unsurprisingly stressful, and even when we lost our cool, Priscilla and the gang did not-Organized: there was never an occasion where Priscilla was not prepared for a given situation. For example, the event required very precise transportation timing to ensure all 600 attendees could be at certain locations that were all over Vancouver. Cantrav actively monitored numbers, timing, and complaints to make tweaks to the bus routes and times on the fly to improve efficiency.Quick: we were consistently faced with time sensitive deadlines and Cantrav was always able to muster quick turnarounds - whether it be finding accommodations tailored to our group's needs, finding alternative mass transportation because of unforeseen weather issues, or negotiating new favorable terms with the hotel after the contract was signed to meet needs as they came up.I would thoroughly recommend Cantrav (and especially Priscilla) to anyone looking to organize a large-scale, and or, multi-day event in Vancouver.-Scott
