Man worse business in listowel! We had a truck set up 2 days before online to this location. We get there and 40 minutes later still no truck system not working lol always glitching or freezing…. watching him he can’t figure out jack! Plus being late when you open at 10:00 am when we’re on a Schedule. I 1000% do not recommend this location. Second owners just keeps getting worse. I would go to Palmerston location if available.

If I could rate zero, I would. We arranged for a truck for 11am, arriving at the location to find that the keys were not left in the truck. We contacted U-Haul customer service that they had reached out to the owner and manager, and we were assured we they would be at the location at 2pm. However, upon arriving at the agreed upon time, no one was present at the store. After waiting for an hour and calling customer service again, they stated they could not get in touch with the owner or management. They simply did not show up to the location. This was an huge inconvenience, as we were trying to move and had family come up from hours away to help in the snow. Do not use this location as they are entirely unprofessional and unreliable.

Not HAPPY calling headquarters. 4 p.m to 4 . Pm is not 9 am to 9 a.m booked a week in advance wasnt even the truck i resurved i was told it had to be back 7 am next day stuff i moved sat outside for 6 hours because 4p.m to 4p.m is not 9 a.m to 9a.m you tell the next person sorry truck is booked till 4 not double book it !

Paul knew exactly what I needed to haul my bike, made sure I was safely hooked up, was professional, friendly and very competent. The equipment is well maintained and clean. Definitely would rent from him again!

Rented a Uhaul had pick up set for this place. When I got there to get the truck. The owner of the store told me I had to drop it back off there. Even though my drop if was set up to be in kitchener. Told him I was sticking to the contract I reserved for the truck. He then refused to give me the truck. I called Uhaul and they said he couldn't do that. That the truck was reserved for drop off in Kitchener. From other reviews ( which I looked at after the fact) this is not the first time he has pulled this scam. Don't rent a truck from this place. Go to Palmerston way better experience.

i would never go back to listowel movies plus more toi rent a uhaul trailer from them the owner is very rude overcharged me 2 times for a trailer when confronted she hung up the employee wrote me a letter on her actions terrible service and a rip[p off feel sorry for her employees as they sure don't deserve buisness

What a great place to get a rent vehicle.I have rented from U haul in other locations and have never been overly satisfied with service.This place though in Listowel Ont goes above and beyond the call. Makes sure you are satisfied with your transaction before and after.Keep up the good work.

NEVER in my life have i had such a bad experience with this company..rented a truck through Listowel office..they GUARANTEED my truck for the saturday morning. Went to pick it up and the employee was late arriving...then could not find my reservation so i showed him the email confirming my rental. Then they tell me my truck was sent out of town one way to Meaford..did not even try to give me another truck..there was one on the lot that i could have had back before its scheduled pick up..then they never did refund my deposit or the 50.00 they told me they would...scammer in this office

Sent 3 Customers there from my location in Stratford. NEVER will I set anybody up in Listowel again. Refused to give them the trailers even though they had a contract and were told by head office to go there. This location needs to be shut down and a new location open. Go to Palmerston. It's more worth it.
