Mark at CSN Otter Point Collision went above my expectations. After a collision, I called around a few places and he was willing to accept my vehicle to work on. My car was left at a random parking lot so Mark kindly offered to pick me up at my home and drove me to pickup his courtesy car at the shop. Mark organized their tow truck and worked with my insurance companies. I picked up my car after a couple weeks (waiting for parts) and it looked good as new. Mark and his staff truly care about their customers and their entire experience during an understandably tough time. I highly recommend Otter Point Collision.Thanks again, Mark!

I had excellent service. They fixed what was needed, took extra care in treating the inside surfaces of my SUV which I wasn't expecting, went out of their way to drop off paperwork I left behind and overall they were honest, quick, friendly and professional! I was very happy with everything!
