WARNING!!!! Please consider using someone else other than Henriques Levy from this brokerage for your mortgage needs. This is only my opinion , but Henriques’ personal credit and income completely disqualifies him as someone that should be giving any type of financial advice. His finances are in shambles and he repeatedly does not meet his financial obligations despite being given ample opportunities to do so. In an industry that highly values personal integrity, Henriques Levy simply does not measure up. Don’t take my word for it, ask him yourself.

Phil is a professional who can be trusted and delivers on his promise. We had a very poor experience with CIBC and our mobile mortgage rep, who led us to believe that our mortgage was approved and ready to go only to find out 48 hours before our closing that he had not obtained a mortgage for us. Needless to say CIBC didn't take any accountability or action to remedy their agents poor level of service.We decided to call Phil at Dominion Lending (Canuck Mortgage Group) who immediately sent over a mortgage application and had us approved within 3 business days. Not only did Phil get us approved, he came to our house and had us sign all the mortgage documents. His level of service was amazing.I would highly recommend anyone looking to get a new mortgage or refinance to call Phil.Thank you for saving the day Phil!

Phil Weir is a consummate professional who delivers excellent service along with his years of mortgage financing. In 2008 he helped me to attain a mortgage for my condo when my bank RBC would not give me a any financing. He walked me through the process and came to my residents to get all the documents signed and then filed.
