Just got my oil changed here, I put semi synthetic oil in my car, when I walked in for the appointment the guy asked me if I wanted the bulk oil this time as it's cheaper so of course I said sure but he failed to mention it would be full synthetic. After waiting an hour and seeing a bill of 90$ I asked him if he put semi synthetic in he said we don't do semi synthetic only regular or full synthetic" SINCE WHEN?!? I got my oil changed there 3 months ago with semi synthetic for half the amount of money I had to spend today! My car burns ALOT of oil so I put a few liters in it between oil changes and now have to spend extra on full synthetic!! So disappointing. Was also told a few more things that were wrong with my vehicle so I will be checking those when I get home as I worked at a garage for years. Just because I'm a girl doesn't mean I don't know anything about cars!"

Bought a bike here online, got it pretty quickly. It was on sale for a really good price. Staff there is extremely helpful and friendly.

Gr8 place! Friendly staff, they will go that extra mile to please you. Stock is 99% of the time accurate so if there is 'one item left' there is one item left. Other cda tires if there's 2 left, there's normally no stock!

Best Canadian Tire in Manitoba. Great ammunition/rifle selection. Hassle free returns. Decent hunting accessories, it's like a mini cabelas. They also have an impressive toy department for a hardware store. Always a pleasure.Edit: changed to 5 stars which was my original intention. Oops.

Steinbach is by far… the BEST CANADIAN TIRE to deal with! We bought a 16ft ladder for our son at Xmas. He went to use it last weekend only to find out the max extension was 13ft. Couldn’t even reach his eve’s droughts. Tried returning it to CT in Winnipeg and that was a complete waste of time. As soon as I mentioned it was bought at Xmas…the employee got defensive and said “90 day return only”…and repeated it several times! I was there for 25 minutes as she spoke to 3 different employees…including a Manager. They refused to refund my Visa. She advised me to drive to Steinbach (where it was purchased) to deal with their Manager.I totally understand the return policy of 90 days…HOWEVER…if CTire put the wrong label (16ft) on a (13ft) ladder, that isn’t our error and an exception should of been made at the Winnipeg location instead of making me drive to Steinbach.At the Steinbach location, I had the pleasure of dealing with Jonas. It was quite the opposite of how the Winnipeg location handled it.He was polite, VERY understanding and didn’t even mention the “90 day return policy” ONCE!Within 5 minutes, he had dealt with the issue to my satisfaction. Now that’s Customer Service! I spoke to his manager on the way out and mentioned how terrific he was.I am completely baffled at how the same company can give a customer two totally different experiences???THANK YOU JONAS for all your help!! It was greatly appreciated!

This location is so well organized and inventory online matches exactly to what's in store. This is my preferred location.
