Guy dont care. I am no.2 in the line, no.1 is done and still he did not attend to me because apparently he is still doing 3 plans.and ive been waiting for an 40mins already

I had questions about my pla errors made by this store and the issue with my phone that I purchased. After waiting 10th in line, the representative at cstco mobility told me to call fido and she is too busy to serve other customers because of black Friday sale. What a cheap shot...just because she couldn't make anymore commission by serving the customer who already have a plan and new phone, so she turn me to fido to get help. This is called greediness

The ability to register with my cell phone rather than wait in line at the kiosk while the service people were busy attending other customers was a great advantage for us. Big Time saver and more efficient for the staff as well I think

It was not a good experience. I drove all the way from Cochrane Ab. Their was 4 serves and it took over an hour dealing with each Customer.When it was turn the rep tried to con me saying the deal I was offered for S22 ulta the day before was not being offered today. He was showing an old offer.Not very impressed.

Ibrahim was an amazing sales person. We had issues with our loyalty plan and he solved it for us without us getting frustrated. He was attentive and catered to our needs.Thank you Ibrahim. We will be contacting you next month for the next phone.Amor

I went to check the deals. Not happy with the deal, said to him not going ahead with the deal. My number is still in the order. I couldn’t get a deal with the virgin as it shows I have upgraded the phone. Called The rep to cancel the order, But said he is very busy to cancel the order. Called many times , he disconnected the phone. And he didn’t give specific time line also when he would remove the order. Very disappointed. I Wish could give zero stars.
