Considering the speed that this life labs operates you would assume that there is only one person working… Also what is the point of making appointments if the nurses don’t respect them and serve people who walk in first?

I tend to get very nervous (sometimes even faint) when it comes to needles but the nurses and staff at LifeLabs made me feel extremely comfortable! They’re friendly and helpful and to top it off, I was in and out even before my scheduled appointment time. Highly recommend this LifeLabs location.

If I could I would give them zero stars. My husband went to his appointment with his requisition from a Doctor from Unisson and they refused to attend him with no reason. We have been treated pretty well in other locations but this one was the worst.

Closed on the 2nd friday of every month, but they haven’t updated their info on google yet. Drove all the way there today just to find out that they’re closed.

Couldn’t be bothered to update holiday hours if you are closed on a Saturday before family day. They are listed as open on google and LifeLabs app and site. Pathetic

Would give them a zero or negative stars if that were an option. The staff have ZERO people’s skills. No respect for your time. No clear communication about what they’re doing. I wonder if they themselves know what they’re doing. Do yourself a favor and get tested somewhere else. Wouldn’t have come here if it wasn’t the closest lab to my place.

Clean and organized place. The entrance during the pandemic is through the back of the building (not on college st). They’re accepting walk-ins. As a walk-in patient they asked me to wait 10 minutes outside, then I got in and wait another 40 minutes until it was all done.The staff was polite.There are not many seats due to social distancing.I recommend this lifelabs location
