The worst and the sketchiest drivers. Ordered a dryer and washer set from canadianappliancesource.ca. I paid for the installation and throwing out my old one. And for a busy hair salon having a working washer and dryer is super important. Not only do they not help you uninstall where i have to hire a plumber to come in to uninstall it. Upon delivery the washer was damaged. It may not be their fault but I kindly asked them to install the dryer and re attach my current washer that was working. They refuse, I paid for installation and dump and due to the situation they weren't at all willing to help out. After some conversation they said they will help me hook everything up for $150 cash. I was desperate i talked it down to $100. That was not the end of it.Today the delivery company came again and dropped off the washer not only did they not hook up the dryer at all leaving lint flying everywhere. We inspect that the dryer was also damaged. This is seriously the worst experience i ever had.

This company delivered our stove purchased from Home Depot in Courtenay, BC. We had multiple notifications prior to delivery including by phone and email. The delivery team arrived on time and took extra care to not damage our floor or the appliance. They also used safe lifting techniques and safety equipment.We did not have to sign a damage waiver until the appliance was installed and inspected (they also gave an additional 48 hours to make a damage claim).Highly experienced guys. Very efficient and polite. Would definitely recommend as they didn't leave a single scratch on our stove or the floor.

Zero star.THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.To start there was no 30 minute to 1 hour notice phone call like I was told, they just showed up.The drivers obviously don’t like their jobs or the manager. They were extremely rude and cutting down their management. I called the manager and he was worse than the drivers!I’m building a new house and the manager threatened legal action to take my house away from me if a driver were to slip while delivering! The drivers then unloaded $20,000 worth of appliances onto the road in the rain!!!I had to take time off work and have other people leave work to help me get everything off the street and out of the rain.Unbelievable.

I called to reschedule the delivery of my new range and dishwasher and they came anyway even though the lady on the phone confirmed they would reschedule to the following week. Somehow this information was missed again because I got another notification that another range would be delivered.

Home Depot finally found good delivery service (BNN) after going through defective and damaged refrigerator unit 4 to 5 times which made us wait for 5 months or so and these guys' done fantastic job bringing in the brand new, none damaged unit to the kitchen. Both teams communicated well and worked super great together. Super friendly, respectful and awesome guys. The previous ones we've had, they were hair ripping bad. Very unorganized, rude, disrespectful, screaming, hitting things and talking down on us but these guys weren't like that at all and we are very satisfied. Great work guys. Hope The Home Depot uses these guys a lot more.

They don’t wear shoe protection to come inside the house and lay the appliance on carpet leaving marks , their trolley is falling apart leaving pieces behind and it’s a mess after they leave. Company could invest in shoe protection and a new trolley . The Guys are nice and polite!

Would give zero starts if possible. Ruined my home and did not take responsibility for anything. They also damaged every single appliance I bought during delivery. Home Depot can do better than to hire this company as their delivery service.

We had a really good experience with this delivery company for our new refrigerator. Firstly, we appreciated the accurate delivery window and the call giving us 15 minutes notice. Secondly, they had to make three delivery attempts because the first two fridges showed up damaged, but the delivery guys were super helpful and understanding. Our house wasn’t the easiest place to deliver to, but again the Carr employees were very understanding and helpful and I would say went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly.

This comapny was unable to deliver on their promise, they scheduled at times when I could not receive the apliance and made me waste 3 days waiting for them. They give you a timeframe without checking your avaiability. It is almost imposible to talk to them, once you do they igonre, or just say they will do someting and never do. Nobody takes responsibility for anything. I ordered the apliance and it took them more than a week to finally deliver and install....but once they got to my place they refuse to install and just left it here...in the entrance to my place and of course, nobody in the company cares.
