They did do a good job of picking up but Make up prices on the go and very rude on phone and hung up when I asked why the cost was so high.

Great service! Very nice driver and very professional. HOWEVER, DO NOT give them your credit card info prior to knowing what your paying for. Got charged 2 hours of service (almost $400) for a 15 min call + 30 minutes of travel time. Will not be using this company again unfortunately.

Beware of the fees this outfit charges. I was 1km away from the address of this company and the cost to jump start a car was $107. Crazy price for less than a minute of work using a portable battery pack. It took longer to write out the bill than do the service. Even the service technician seemed embarrassed to charge that much for such little effort. I could almost buy a new battery for that price. This company will not be on my call list any longer.

Today I experienced such a helpful and informative contact with County Towing - they went way above and beyond. The rep. I talked to displayed the highest level of integrity, offering information and advice that, although it might have cost them a sale, was in my special case, in my best interest.If you want to deal with a towing company you can trust, this is the one.

Onstar set up to have my 2021 Cadillac XT4 to the dealership from the 401 for a flat tire, I was informed due to covid there would be no ride alongs allowed. Therefore I would’ve been left stranded at 6 am in minus10 weather . I’m a Heath care worker who was headed to work in the middle of a pandemic. I picked my vehicle up only to find their tow truck driver got salt and mud all over my interior and had no decency to wipe it down with the microfibre rag sitting in the door... next to the interior spray. I contacted these guys and gave them the benefit of the doubt to fix the problem. It’s now 3:10 a day later and no contact has been made to resurrect what they did. This vehicle is not even 2 months old. Don’t trust these guys with your stuff if you take care of it because clearly they can’t even come clean and own up to their errors in business, and horrible customer service.

Full points to the driver for her care and attention but I was double billed and needed to call three times and waited 15 days for the refund on my credit card.

The times I've been in need of a tow these guys are who I call. They're the best around! I've left them in charge of moving my truck (which is my metal baby) as carefully as it it was their own. Small town tow with really big hearts.

Called to have my bike picked up and dropped off for a safety inspection, fast and friendly driver! Bike didn’t budge an inch during transport, inspires confidence for future transporting jobs I’ll need down the road for sure.

Great guys. Highly recommended. They towed my heavy truck back to Canada from Detroit, Michigan. They were quick and efficient. If you need a heavy tow I would definitely call County Towing.
