I had my wedding ring and a new ring I purchased resized by these gentlemen. I cannot say enough about the experience, they were fair, affordable and attentive! With something I value as much as my wedding ring I can't think of anyone better to maintain, or repair my rings in future.Well I am a dummy went swimming and lost my ring, as a result I had to get it remade. Ralph was attentive to detail when getting the design down. End of story I have a beautiful new ring for a fair price, and fast service!For photos check my profile

This is my first time going to get a ring repaired and was met with a very nice older gent. type. He immediately greeted us and got what we needed set up and ready. A very sweet and easy exchange made by a family run and operated store, he said his son does the repairs as well. I found the place right beside a larger, corporate store I thought to visit, turned out to be closed because of medical" fixes or something. The door to the Oslund Jewelers store is small

Brought in a wooden watch in to get battery replaced and he scratched the wood backing near the screws and cracked the backing. Never mentioned it when I went to pick it up, I had to go back in and bring it up myself. He did ask how much it was and when I said $60 he gave me $6. Why in the world would I spend $20 to get a watch batter put into a $6 watch.

I have a lovely watch that was suffering from neglect which I took to Ralph at Oslunds. He put on the new strap I had bought and cleaned the watch beautifully. Excellent job and very reasonably priced. This was the second experience with Oslunds ... the first was for fixing a watch. Very reliable service. Thanks Ralph.

I took my wife's rather ornate gold necklace in for repair ....Flawless! She also had lost a diamond in her eternity earrings which they replaced at a fair and reasonable price. Highly recommended.
