The Best You [Orillia] - Medical Cosmetics & Aesthetics Clinic

I signed up for the year membership (waste of money) as I wanted to get rid of dark spots and freckles. I had 6 treatments and the spots are worse now then when I started. The esthetician burned my skin as she went over the same area multiple times (i consulted someone outside The Best You for explanation plus I consulted the Best You). In the summer months I did other treatments to try to use up my monthly membership but a 30 minute appointment is not worth $250 plus HST. Therefore, I cancelled and still had to pay for 50% of remaining three months.Don't sign up for the membership!!

I saw Taylor at the Orillia location. She was great! She took her time to answer all my questions (I had alot lol) and was extremely knowledgeable about each service. When it came time for the service, she was both gentle, yet thorough. I felt pampered and catered to. She made me feel comfortable throughout, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Will definitely be back, and recommend to friends

I came for a facial and my beautician was Michelle. She was so professional and explained the treatment I was going to receive then ensured I was comfortable very step of the way. The spa was clean and had a very relaxing atmosphere. (I fell asleep during my treatment). 10/10 would recommend.

I had a treatment done by Michelle at the Orillia location. She was awesome! She took her time to answer all my questions, and was extremely knowledgeable about each service. She was very professional. Answering all my questions. I felt I was in good hands. She made me feel comfortable with the procedure. I couldn't be happier with the results. I will definitely come back, and recommend her to my friends.

My mom has made an appointment for today. She arrived before the appointment at the 27 West St. South in Orillia. There was a small sign on the wall of the place but doors on both sides were locked. She called them and talked to Michelle that she's at the location but the doors are locked. Michelle has told my mom that they are at 10 Andrew St. South. My mom walked over to that location in the heavy rain, and she couldn't even find the place. She called them again from the 2nd location and told her that she should find the Mariposa sign...etc...different businesses under different names at different locations and addresses. These directions or different address should have been told at the time of making the appointment. Not a professional business. Asked my mom if she wants to cancel the appointment...which was not a problem. My mom drove several kms to this appointment.

What an amazing experience! I came in very pregnant to enjoy some much need pampering and Michelle was amazing ! She made sure I was comfortable the whole time. She really helped me relax and worked wonders on my skin before welcoming my little one to the world. I left there just glowing after my facial and received countless compliments on my skin. I will definitely be back !

Michelle at Best You is FANTASTIC! She provides exceptional client service- she understands that each client has unique needs and responds to treatments differently, so the care you recieve is personalized to you. She makes you feel comfortable while you're there and confident walking out. 10/10 would recommend.
