Professional, efficient and got the job done!Thanks to the Boss Mechanical team we are able to get through the current heat wave in Toronto. The new AC unit working incredibly well since installation a month ago.

We used Boss Mechanical in January 2022 on a referral basis from another HVAC contractor. They provided a disservice and as a result of their mistake we will need to spend more money. I would never recommend them. They also ask for payment immediately. Be careful if it is a service call for a warranty item.Here are more details:Instead of checking the load requirements of our AC unit and considering the size of our house, they replaced our air handler with the same size unit. This was an undersized unit and because of both heating and cooling demand it has a component that is broken two years later. We had another HVAC contractor call to find out if the unit was still under warranty with the manufacturer and it is not. The very expensive air handler they ordered only had a one year warranty. These guys didn’t provide any service by selling us the wrong unit and when we confronted them about it they weren’t very helpful. They came out for a service call which they said they wouldn’t charge. They demanded to be paid on the spot. We confronted them about this and made up an excuse as to why. These guys must have some sort of cash flow problem. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone. Think twice before you use them.

From my initial phone call with Vanessa, to the FREE in-home consultation and quote from Dave, to the incredible work performed by Nick and Michael - it was all professional and beyond anything I could asked for. Customer service is a lost art this days - but not at Boss Mechanical. I will recommend them to my family and friends for any job.

I've used Boss for a number of years. They have installed, maintained and repaired our HVAC system. They are first class and very responsive. The quality of their work is excellent.

Honestly I can't say enough about the Boss team. I have used them on many instances in many different properties over the years. One thing that sticks out is not just their ability to work with us one-on-one but also their ability to do great work surrounded by other trades simultaneously. They are always accommodating, professional and they do such clean work. From the owners to the admin staff to the techs..........they are all a class act, KUDOS. Highly recommend, highly satisfied, will use again.

AC broke down, no longer working, called these guys in the heat wave of the summer and they made time for me 2 days later, were in and out with the install within a couple of hours, highly recommend these guys

We had a new furnace, AC and hot water tank installed. They arrived on time, were very friendly and professional. They took the time to answer all of our questions and left our home clean after all the work. They also provided us with a great price. We 100% recommend them!

Great Service! Called Boss Mechanical after my furnace stopped working. Got same day appt which was great. Andrew came in and was knowledgeable, polite, and a pleasure to deal with. He took the time to explain how furnace cycle works and what some of the issues could be. He cleaned out my furnace, drain lines, etc and checked some parts to ensure they were working properly. He then waited through few heat cycles with me to ensure it was back running properly including thermostat. Very happy with the service and would not hesitate to call Boss Mechanical again! Writing this message from my now warm living room.
