I worked with Chris who I thought was amazing to work with however I worked with another colleague (trustee) of Chris's that I didn't find to be very personable and how I felt that she rushed me to get the paperwork done when I just wanted to make sure I understood everything that I was being informed of and had to sign. When someone is going through a financial crisis and is feeling over burdened and stressed I would like someone to be more empathetic and understanding than what I received. Got myself into trouble with debt. Decided to do a Consumer Proposal through BDO. the experience has been as easy as it could be considering. They provided debt counselling at the beginning and were available for any questions I had for the duration.
