BCAA

I had an appointment with a representative at BCAA in Chilliwack. I sat for 20 minutes waiting. I was told after 10 minutes that someone would be right out and that the manager had pulled staff in for a meeting? Why would they hold a meeting during a time when they know they had an appointment with a client, but instead they figured it was better to keep me waiting. So not impressed. I ended up leaving unassisted. They are an insurance company, not a doctor's office.

Nice, reasonable and honest insurance for a fraction of the cost of other insurers.The people here are great to deal with!

I've been waiting OVER 2 HOURS on the phone. I'm still getting the message stay on the line and your call will be taken in priority sequence" . I guess since they are now closed and still repeating this message

This Company will refuse optional insurance if you make to many claims. They are not a family orientated Company, just greedy. I was paying over $4,000 + a year on insurance and they cancelled my Spouses optional insurance over several windshield claims over the past several years which we paid $500.00 deductible. Windshield repair is a huge safety concern and they do not care. I have the transcripts to prove it.Avoid this Company like the plague. They do not care about your safety, Just profits.

Disgusting rates for car insurance!!!! Bad service too! When I went in a couple of months ago the lady KNEW that I was coming back for car insurance and hoping it would be better than Icky Bicky. I go there and I am Now told that they want some information that I was NOT told before. They should have been able to look it up, Proper service.Their rates were Disgusting! They helped the Bullys who screwed me over for almost $400 win even more :( :( :(. I will NOT be getting my insurance from there again.

Fantastic, clean and friendly.My first time to bcaa insurance and it was very pleasant. Very polite and respectful receptionist and a wonderful, friendly and all round super helpful insurance agent. Answered all of my questions and went above and beyond.If you are looking for good quality service with a very pleasant atmosphere, look no further. Bcaa has you covered.

0 Stars. Had a horrendous auto insurance claim. Adjuster would not return calls or emails until I complained. Then did not write off my car that was worth $7k. Even though it had $12k in damage. They would not properly explain why. ICBC did determine my car a write off. All my carfax reports indicated it was a write off after BCAA opted to repair. So my $7k car was now worth $0 and could not be sold. This put me into a bit of financial hardship. I did complain. BCAA said take it to the ombudsmen which will take 6months. Where will you store your broken car. That was leaking. I had no where. So I felt like I had no choice. BCAA is a direct writer and has flexibility on their own product. But refused to give any special claims handling in my case. Thought I’d share, as I noLonger can recommend them like I had been.
