Food is good. Prices are decent. Best Chinese we've found in Barrie since we moved here last year. The general Tao chicken could be a little spicier, but it's not a deal breaker. Food has always been hot and fresh. It's our go to Chinese takeout in Barrie.

We have been good customers of Dragon Wok for some years now. The food is excellent and in some cases it is BETTER than Mandarin. And until yesterday service was pretty good. It must have been a really bad day. First of all we couldn't get through on the phone to place an order. So I had to go in person. The last item on my list was the egg foo young but when I tried to order it, I was subjected to a loud tirade from the back kitchen complete with arm waving and shouting. I was made to feel that I had asked for something totally unreasonable!!! The item is on the menu! If it was not available, then the courteous thing would have been for the person on the front counter to explain that to me. To add insult to injury, I had to wait more than an hour for my food. I doubt that I will be back to purchase food here in the future, in spite of the excellence of the food.C. Mitchell

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! WILL NEVER BE ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN. I placed an order for take out at 510pm. At the time of placing the order, we were notified that there would be a 3hr and 20min wait, resulting in a pickup time of 830pm. We arranged to accommodate said timeframe and planned for the delay in dinner. At 810pm, they called to notify us that they needed to delay our order by another hour and a half. When I explained that we were already on route, as we live out of town, they said there is nothing we can do for you besides cancel your order". Ordered takeout, dinner for 2B which was so hot and tasty. Super busy place but well organized and received my order in the estimated timeframe. Great neighbourhood spot for delicious NA Chinese food.

I Google this place today on the way While headed to a saga beach it was 8 minutes off the highway 400 the food I had combo number 7 and it was delicious it had these. Little balls and rice and the Spring roll was good I will come back for sure. Very good food and piping hot
