Neptune has been wonderful for our family.Always on time and prompt with service. When a short time line order is needed ; because it’s been hot , dry, and I have been doing too much laundry (because my 4 kids are outside being kids) they are always able to fit me in before we are completely out of water. I never have to worry about how to conserve until we can have our cistern filled with Neptune.So grateful for this wonderful company.Thanks so much!!!

We just purchased a 4 season cabin north of Onoway with (2) 400 gallon cistern in the basement and had absolutely no idea what to do or who to call! Aaron stepped up and walked me through everything and even showed me some things to even help my system way to go guys

Over priced!!! and unprofessional!! Go somewhere else still waiting on a invoice from Nov 5. today writing this its nov 6 plain and simple go some where else or bite the bullet and haul in your own water.

Our first time living on an acreage with a cistern and Neptune was awesome! We’ve only had to fill up once so far but they came out within 2 days and were incredibly easy to deal with. They didn’t require someone to be home, were fine with e-transfer for payment, and even gave us a heads up about seeing some nails/screws in our driveway that we hadn’t noticed! Thanks Neptune!

All I can say is Aaron has Always delivered water for my Hot Tub in the country in a timely, and cost effective manner. He is professional and takes extra care and attention as to not damage deck surfaces and furniture in the way to access the tub. I trust him to help us when needed weather I am home or not.Two big Thumbs Up!!!!
