The employees here were super helpful but even better... you should see how cool their parts section is. You can search for a part like a wiper on a tablet and there is an indicator that lights up to help you find the exact part... cool...

This store should just put up signs saying “We don’t want customers, get out.” Everything locked behind glass, takes 20 mins to find someone to unlock $5.99 bulb u want to buy. Have to go to parts desk for a simple filter. One person working 8 customers waiting. I just left. Ordering everything from Amazon

I came to change my oil and filter, price is ok but after work was done i witness the mechanics gather around my car and one of them keep revving engine to check out the car And exhaust system @ 4:12-4:15PM Thursday 2nd march 23. Later employee drove the car like a maniac and parked middle of parking lot. All should be recorded in security system at time specified. Gray porsche Panamera. I will escalate this to management.

One of the greatest things I love about Canadian Tire is the partnership with party city lately! It is next to impossible to get balloons at party city last minute but if you do find yourself in Canadian Tire, the staff that minds the party city section are fantastic! Super helpful and fast!

The store has lots of in stock items and staff is between fair and friendly.I recommend this location but they need to improve the oil rack as it is not always stocked.Overall a good store.

Big store with lots of staff to assist you. I collect points on my CT Mastercard and enjoy the benefits of it.What would we do without our beloved Canadian Tire?

It was Spring of 2020 or so and I just couldn't forget about the incident - decided to drop a review. I walked in the store with my camera bag (backpack) with thousands of dollars worth equipment and I was refused entry. I was asked to leave my bag at the customer service if I wanted to shop there by this guy in his 60s! I've asked him if they guarantee the safety of my bag as it is not supposed to be dropped, stacked with other bags and most importantly, if I will get some sort of identifying tag so that my bag will not be handed over to someone else! The answer is we don't take responsibility"! I've left!So; I am expected to trust the Canadian Tire personnel and their customers so that they can make sure that I will not steal from them but they don't care about my belongings! Here is an interesting fact: Canadian Tire doesn't have any one piece of merchandise that is in comparable size that costs half the value of the cheapest piece of equipment I've had in my bag!"

What kind of Canadian Tire only has 1 entrance ? The service centre entrance is closed for awhile now and people have to go all the way to the main entrance just walk over there. Ask for a basic oil change and the most professional answer we got was “Not today “ not even a reason . Clearly the staff was eager to turn away customers. Canadian tire in general lacks professionalism and customer service but this one location is king of poor service

The Christmas decor collection here is extremely good. All the trees and the ornaments are very beautiful and available in different colors. The Christmas tree arrangements that are displayed in the store are amazing. Bought one Christmas tree which is on sale for $69. Halloween stuff are on clearance currently.

I bought a fixing kit for tube puncture but it was worse, no quality at all they charged 14$ for a worst quality china product. All my money was wasted. They should not keep these cheap products and fool people.
