We had a *wonderful* experience with Glenn last night - he came to urgently pump out our backed up septic tank. He was an absolute delight, and really connected with our family while completing the job. We had called earlier in the day and worked closely with Renee, who stayed on top of the scheduling and understood the urgency involved. *THANK-YOU!* to everyone involved! Mark, Paul and the rest of the team are excellent. They were timely, efficient, friendly and did great work. They knew we needed the work done before our daughters wedding and were completed well before. We have already inquired about additional work and would recommend them to anyone.

We had to get our septic pumped and we called Imrie company and the secretary was very informative reassuring and helpful. Apart from getting our septic pumped and cleaned we were having problems with our sump pump and they were able to come look at the situation and reassured us and fixed our sump pump. The most important thing was that they were honest they were reliable we did not have to take out a second mortgage to do the job they did for us and we felt that the service we got was outstanding. I must say that prior to that we had called a reputable company and they could not do the work that we had done by Imrie group. Outstanding . We paid so much to that company for a job that was unacceptable . we would highly recommend Imrie Group.

The Imrie crew were fabulous. My believe in contractors had gone way down hill I had lost all trust. When Marc and his crew took on the job I had they totally out did themselves and totally floored me with the amazing job they had done. Mark Imrie, of The Imrie Group, provided design, planning, material and installation services for several landscaping and excavation jobs at our lakefront home. We initially retained Mark for two projects and we were so impressed with his work and attention to quality and detail that we invited him to return the following year for additional projects.The entire scope of work included replacing a failing retaining wall, regrading our property and building a beautiful garden with drainage swale to manage the water runoff around our home. We hired The Imrie Group to install a new septic. Paul was very professional, responded right away to any enquiries and was punctual and did a great job. We received a quote for the installation of the septic and after the septic was installed Paul indicated that the final bill would be less. Classy business. Definitely recommend.

Not only that but to have a system 20 years old brought up to current standards was necessary as you pointed out.
