This company has been great to deal with. They are friendly and professional, and take time to explain everything that needs to be done. Also, Becky went out of her way, without request, to re-schedule our appointment, making it more convenient for us. The ordering and installation of a new heating unit was done much more quickly than expected. I have been, and will continue to recommend them. Thanks!

When my hot water tank burst open last week, Doug from North Bay Heating and Cooling was at my house within 15 mins to remove the competitors tank. Within the same day Doug returned to my home with a new tankless water heater. We were so impressed with the amazingly fast service, we also had them replace and relocate the furnace, and add a new AC unit! Great service from the office to the front line guys! Thanks again!

Doug and the team at North Bay Heating and Cooling have gone over and above again... was scheduled for Tuesday but with tons of rain they had to reschedule... their earliest was Friday . . But then to my surprise I get a call from Maddie they can come Wednesday... so after a days work... Doug had my system up and running and showed me rhe ropes... thank you again for your amazing service and you guys are genuinely good people!!

I can't thank Doug, Phil and Becky enough for their commitment, professionalism and friendly service in fixing our furnace. They went above and beyond to diagnose and fix our electric furnace which the original company that sold and installed it, wouldn't do. Thank you so much for the excellent service.
