Owner Rolf is belligerant and nasty. Does not follow through with orders. Does not accept responsibility for his bad behaviour. Go to a more reputable video store if you can find one, where you are respected not bullied.

Far Out Flicks
Recently had to look for a new movie rental store. When I walked in to far out flicks I was amazed be the number of titles they carry. They seem to have almost everything. I asked if they had a certain DVD the other day. They didn't have it. Without my even asking they ordered a copy for me to rent, called to let me know it was in and held it for me until I could pick it up. Very friendly staff. Love this place.

I loved spending my time at this place in my 20s, it exposed me to so many of my favourite movies and the staff where really helpful and fun!

I just love this place! They have a great selection of rental and movies for sale, and the staff are always willing to price their rentals for sale for a fair price.

I wish I would have found this gem of a store a long time ago. Rolf is very friendly and willing to help. I am not sure if I have been in here in the past or not? Got a great DVD for just a buck. He has been very busy since he announced his closing. Another great store in Kitchener closing up like most. They're either closing up or moving on due to the mess the economy is in. Wishing you all the best.

Greatest movie store ever! There fast, efficient, and helpful when it comes to ordering DVDs along with the best prices. I will add when I used to live in Kitchener, I used to stop by there store a lot to purchase DVDs. Today, I live in Toronto and I saw The Even Stevens Movie for $2.99 which I purchased through Amazon and it was delivered from this store. It came really fast as I ordered this on October 30 and I received it today! I hope in the future they allow online ordering from there website as I want to continue to support stores like Far Out Flicks for my movie purchases for rare DVDs. You all rock!

I love this place so, so much. The amount of money this place has saved me is great. When a movie costs $50+ in store and I can rent it for 3.50 a week (or 2.33 for 3) including tax, you have a customer for life. My only caution is some of those titles are original release, so no subtitles for hard of hearing.

Far Out Flicks
Really cool hole in the wall movie rental place. I think the last one in the area. They still have all the recent releases and they also have seasons of TV shows like Game of Thrones, Westworld and Walking Dead. If you want to support a local business and binge your favourite show I recommend Far out Flicks. Also the people are really nice as they try to learn your name if you are a regular and all around very friendly.
