TriCity has been great - both with my daughter and my wife. Appointments are always on time and easy to schedule. Staff are super friendly. Especially helpful with my daughter as we wait until all her baby teeth are out. Very happy with the service to date.

Since my daughter with special needs has been your patient I have seen her self confidence explode with the brightest smile I have ever seen on her. I still have about half a year to go with my braces but so far I'm beyond impressed. Staff are incredibly friendly and efficient, and they make sure to explain to the patient what will be happening without it sounding overly complicated. The inside of the building is clean with a comfortable atmosphere, and staff at the desk are always very approachable if you come by to ask for extra materials (elastics, for example, are always readily available if patient requires more). The orthodontists also have an encouraging attitude.For those who are anxious or find it hard to sit still, there are TV screen installed in the ceiling, so patients are able to have a distraction while procedures are being done - I find this to be a wonderful accommodation worth noting.
