This was the first time I've ever had to have my furnace/ducts cleaned as a home owner, the receptionist made it easy to book a time that was convenient for me. When the workers arrived they were friendly and did a good job giving me a basic understanding of the work they were about to do and how long it would take. They were very accommodating since I had to move my skittish cats from room to room for them to complete the job. The pricing was great with the promotion they were offering, the cost is still fair and competitive with other companies without the promotion. Will definitely have them do the next service in two years.

I AM AMAZED!What great service and talk about going the extra mile!!!If you actually want clean vents and a clean running furnace look no further! Had many companies clean the ducts but never had a thorough furnace duct clean until Airmaid☆☆☆☆☆

We had our ducts cleaned by Airmaid on July 27th and we were not happy with their service, so we e-mailed them with our complaint 2 weeks ago without them getting back to us.Starting with the time of arrival which was 40 min earlier than we were told. The duration of time the technician was here was less than an hour out of which less than 25 min of running the truck vacuum. It took the technician 40 seconds to clean" 7 supply air runs at the lower level of the house and didn't "clean" the return air vents
