Good place to get all your big machines at Kubota (btf). Customer service are good. I find communication a struggle being deaf that's why I give 4 out of 5 stars. It's because texting is my method of connection.

Purchased a Kubota Zero Turn Mower this spring and couldn’t be happier. Machine is amazing and provides an amazing cut. Process started with a call to the dealership and Jack couldn’t have made the process any easier. Bar for service couldn’t be set any higher. Highly recommend.

They were great called them for a new glass tractor door for a Kubota and they had it now problem. Picked it up next day. Very nice Kubota dealer with great selection of merchandising in store.

I have had a great sales and service experience.I purchased a new BX23S in December 2021. Although there was a wait for the tractor because of supply chain issues, Bruce at B&T was upfront with me regarding the delays, and he made sure to have the tractor to me before the snow flew.I took my tractor in for the 50-hr. service in September 2022. I needed the service call to be completed within two days as I had a project for the upcoming weekend. The service folks at B&T were able to get the work completed within two days, and at the same time they gave the tractor a good once over to check if there were any warranty issues. I really appreciated this check because I'm no tractor expert, and I'd rather not be left with a broken part in the middle of a snowstorm. In those two days, they performed the service, and took care of three small warranty issues.About a week later, a bolt broke on my backhoe. I called B&T, and they had a guy out to my house within a few days and he installed the new bolt in my driveway.The folks both in sales and service were very friendly and shared great information with me. They gave me a good tutorial on how to use the tractor when I received it and have been responsive to me whenever I've called to ask questions. I wouldn't hesitate to buy more equipment from B&T McFarlane in the future.

Absolutely top notch service. Jack showed up last year with my B2601 and spent hours with me teaching me everything about the machine. Couple months later I damaged my machine. I texted him the picture and he got back with the remedy within 2 minutes. Turns out it was a 30 second fix on my end.Easter weekend on Friday my tractor wouldn’t start and the shop was closed I texted Jack the problem and the service dept was already contacting me before the shop even opened on Monday. Although I purchased a machine elsewhere (it was a unique situation) B&T's reputation is rock solid. My experience was professional, hassle-free and up-front. It was a pleasure to deal with both Jack and Bruce. When I am ready for another unit, I'll head straight to B&T.

Took my BX25-LBH in for repairs & maintenance. They checked all the vital parts, repaired and adjusted issues I didn't know about, with the result that I have a machine as safe as possible. (The rest is up to me.) Great service, two associates enquired if I needed help or advice. Clients feel welcomed here. Clean showroom, washroom handy.
