A really great service, I was completely satisfied with Ticket Defenders. Jackie and Tara were super helpful in preparing me for my upcoming court date. They made everything super clear, and took care of all the paperwork. On the day of, I got a call from Tara saying that Matt would be running late, and not to worry as Jackie was going to come in and take care of me. Sure enough, Jackie, who was super friendly, came not minutes later and signed me in, assuring that she'd do her best to settle it. Matt came in shortly after, not even late, and took over. I really appreciated their honesty, their team effort, and their fantastic results despite any outside issues. Matt was superb in keeping me calm, laying out the process clearly, and dealing with the prosecutor. In fact, through his good work and good sense, I had my case withdrawn, saving me time and the stress of going to trail! All in all, I was immensely satisfied with my time with Ticket Defenders, and I'd definitely recommend them to anyone wanting to have their case dealt with as smoothly and quickly as possible.
