Who would want a cut from someone who has no idea what they are doing?Besides, I'd never support this place because they have blocked off public access to a walkway that has been used by the neighbourhood for at least 30 years to get to King Street.

Went today for hair cut and style, the outcome was fantastic, i love it.Great Job.

Price is very reasonable but you pay first which surprised me so you tip not based on service or performance just your goodwill. Be prepared to spend time in the chair as student has to wait for a very busy instructor to show technique or to add assistance. What I was disappointed with was the student not introducing herself or explaining how the process works with the student starting before the teacher offers guidance. I don't mind being a guinea pig but let me know first. My fault for not asking. Also, I would have liked a card or request for my feedback after the cut from the teacher. Overall, I would go back now that I am familiar with the process.

I recently visited the place for a haircut. I got my hair cut from haneen. She was super friendly and so perfect in her work .The rest of the staff was humble and welcoming. I would love to visit it again.Thank you so much for your services.

Drove a half hour through a snowstorm for my 10am pre-Christmas appointment that was booked by phone several weeks in advance. Upon arrival school is closed, waited a half hour but no one showed. At no point was I notified that my appointment was cancelled or that the school would be closed. Hours on the door say the school should have been open at 9am (Christmas holiday hours also posted and not in effect for day of my appointment). Very disappointed. Waste of my time.

I recently visited the place for cut, colour and highlights, Marsa worked on my hair the with help of 2 instructors, she did a finominal job. She did exactly how I wanted and i m very pleased and didn’t cost me a fortune. Thank you so much for your service.

The staff was super awesome and friendly. I showed them what hairstyle I wanted and they delivered it perfectly. And it didn't cost me a fortune of bucks.

This place is amazing, positive energy, great atmosphere, I had the pleasure of the Saturday crew ! They team is fantastic! I had balayage done and it looks so amazing! I highly recommend you check it out !

Great teachers,got to remember they are learning. Hair grows back,but they do not let you leave unhappy.
