The most impressive Depanneur I ever seen, they have multiple phone lines ringing off the hook all day and night for deliveries, lots of staff and a very large store. Besides very fast delivery they are also very polite and carry almost anything you may need at the last minute.

Wow! They give impeccable service. I just bought two items.There was a little misunderstanding and they sent 3 items, then I called them and they said: No problem! We'll send someone to pick it up

Whether you're a client or a future business person looking for tips on how to run a business, stop at Depanneur Nobert. Friendliness, customer service, and rapid-fire service are something most Quebec businesses could learn a lesson or two from. I never thought I would write comments about a convenience store but this store knows how to rock and roll out the red carpet service for every client. Keep it up gang! Too bad I stopped drinking.
