Ownership changed and now you have to deal with a phone tree. Pro tip: press the numbers like you're looking to rent a unit. It's the only way to get to a person.Bathrooms are locked since new ownership, so if you're stopping in for a multi hour move, plan accordingly. The bathrooms are for management use only" however

We went there yesterday to aquire about a unit that was 10x20. We wound up getting a unit that was 10x30 instead. Nice clean facility. Friendly manager.Now the place is dirty. Dead bugs inside. There's dirt on the floors where the door did not close properly. It would be great if there was toilet paper and hand towels in the bathrooms. There's broken glass near some of the units. Looks like someone swept a little bit and then just left it .We pay good money for our unit. And now there's a rent increase. Why? It's not clean or there is never anybody in the office. We come all times of the day and there never is anyone around. We do feel safe inside the building. Plenty of lighting.

Ownership change which meant prices went up and the level of quality went down. No one on site anymore so there is usually trash overflowing and not clean. Prior ownership it was much nicer and felt safer to keep belongings at.

It was clean and had a lot of room. I spoke to Bridget on the phone who helped me close my account when I moved my things out. She was extremely helpful and friendly.

Andre did a wonderful job with helping us with our unit! We really enjoy the facilities but no longer need our unit. Andre made the process of canceling our unit easy and painless! Thank you Andre!

The service is good. Maisel was very helpful on the phone. The facility was clean and accessible but the price is quite high for this area.

Everything was easy. I could reserve and pay for the unit in advance. I was able to pick up the keys in minutes. The space is well-lit, clean, and easy to navigate. The locks are secure and the climate is well controlled. My young sons especially appreciated the bathrooms onsite. I especially appreciated the carts - those are life-savers.
